After graduation from Kansas State University and until his retirement in December 2013, Mr. Greenwood worked for Professional Engineering Consultants P.A. in Wichita Ks. He was the Manager of the Allied Laboratories Department responsible for the administration and supervision of the Survey, Geotechnical and Construction Divisions. Mr. Greenwood duties included project supervision and administration of construction inspection, materials testing, and surveying facets of the project after the design completion, from preconstruction meetings to daily correspondence, and from field decisions to interpretation of construction plans, including actual construction inspection. His project experience includes water and wastewater treatment plants, sanitary and storm sewers, earthwork, embankment fills, asphalt overlays, underdrain systems, drainage layers, and highway and airport-related work including projects with concrete and asphalt paving.

Mr. Greenwood is the Manager of the Allied Laboratories Department. He is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Survey, Geotechnical and Construction Divisions. Mr. Greenwood has served as Project Manager or Resident Engineer on more than 30 major FAA funded airport development projects, many of which were for the Wichita Airport Authority, as well as many other highway construction projects for local government jurisdictions in Kansas since 1978. He provides coordination between the owner and contractor, assuring the safety of airport and construction personnel, and aircraft and vehicular operations during the construction phase.

Mr. Greenwood has served as Project Manager or Resident Engineer on more than 30 major FAA funded airport development projects, many of which were for the Wichita Airport Authority, as well as many other highway construction projects for local government jurisdictions in Kansas since 1978. He provided coordination between the owner and contractor, assuring the safety of airport and construction personnel, and aircraft and vehicular operations during the construction phase.
